I am sure Uppili will agree with my views:

The editorial is correct. As the OBC, SC/ST have no chance of joining the Govt/aided colleges at the minimum cutoff marks, such students can only be admitted to the "left over" seats in the "left over" colleges at the exhorbitant fees/donation.

How about a new law to prevent donation colleges from charging more than the aided college fees for the SC/ST and OBC candidates who satisfy the low-income criterion?
