Re: Oh Hansini
lol sounds good. In this bhindi recipe, skip the garam masala, just not needed. also, the 'process' mentions lemon juice but the list of ingredients does not. ditto with chili powder. I did put in a 1/2 lemon juice in about 2 lbs of bhindi, and 1/2 tsp of red chili powder.
Turned out great, IMO. TMB says "restaurant style bhindi" not sure if that's good or bad.

Sure. will take your suggestions.
For the pizzas, i am going to buy the sauce for now. do you use the pasta sauce or a pizza sauce (i think we do get that)? For the home made sauce, do you make a paste of reduced tomatoes and onions (the ones from the freezer?) with some green chillies?
Will post the pix here if they come out fine or email them to you if they don't .
I tried quinoa upma in the morn. have pix of those. will post them in the food thread sometime later.

Re: Oh Hansini
pasta sauce and pizza sauce are two different things. Get pizza sauce. I have tried this one a few times, is good:

For the home made sauce, use tomato paste from a can:
