So I made lobia this morning Empty So I made lobia this morning

Along with getting the kids up, making their breakfast, I made lobia. Plan to give 1/2 to my sis and use 1/2 for ourselves. Enough for a week for both households.

TMB ambled downstairs at 9am when everything was done, cookware put away and the counters cleaned.

She: Whoa, what's cooking so early in the AM?
Me: I made some lobia.
She: How come first thing in the AM?
Me: Well I figured it's Mothers Day Week...so I thought of doing a bit extra especially since I know you're having a busy work week.
She: Haha you probably found some interesting recipe and wanted to make it anyway. Don't try to pass it off as a Mothers Day effort haha!

What a bytch.

now, i want to eat lobia:-) i know i am not helping your situation but it is what it is.

BTW, my husband, LOVED his sculpture garden birthday lunch. We all had a wonderful time! thanks for the pictures that gave me the idea:-)
