It's so Bosssss!

I think Search should move from being 'transactional' to becoming an interactive session with a 'Turing' engine. What I ask for and the choice of search terms should signal the level of my expertise and inform the search results panel. Further questions should hone this Turing understanding of the searcher into finer granularities - searchers should morph into seekers.

Its all about the questions.
