a movie by kostas gavras that stays in my mind. a political thriller. corruption, injustice, murders, assassinations, violence, thugs on hire, cynicism, the death of idealism, truth, and morality.
reminds me of the hindu nationalists. violence towards non-hindus. its justification. what's missing from the movie: caste and subcaste duty, the performance of; lying, slander, cheating, and betrayal as caste duty. scary and funny in a macabre way. good, greek music.

i think the entire movie can be watched in 13 10-min segments like the one above. i shan't watch it again.

I watched when I just moved to US because of political oppression in Indian occupied Tamil Nadu. Reminded me of the Hindian security forces who hunt, harass and murder those who oppose Hindian imperialism,
