Ya, it's my favorite too. But darn it! everything that tastes good is loaded with calories. Why isn't it the other way around? so not fair!

My biggest, most delightful discovery in Mumbai has been anjeer kulfi. Of course, kulfi here is not conical as in the North, but a thick round disk (as in the pic). And this one is basically a malai kulfi with chunks of anjeer embedded. Absolutely yummy.
