She hugged her husband Aravindan and was in tears before being arrested. A Raja's wife MA Parameshwari also walked upto her and comforted her. She also sought permission from the court to get her reading glasses, books and medicines.

i rerad couple of months ago that she had dealings with Lankan president Rajapaksa.

Did she get money from Lanka? Wondering.

Kani was married to Athiban Bose a bussinessman from sivakasi later divorced him and married this guy Aravindaan,a singapore based tamil writer...may he was busy writing books...
