...if quota is good then it must be good and implemented across the board...

Let us institutionalize quota system in Govt services - IAS, IPS, IFS, Judiciary, Armed forces, parliament, ministers, and PRIME MINISTER and CMs, private industry, and anything else one can think of... say marriage, housing, hospital admissions, sports, E V E R Y T H I N G.

After all the premise is that quotas are good...then why hesitate in other sectors at various levels.
