Testfiring Agni-III would accomplish that. Not informing them where our border tunnels are getting built and by when they will be ready.

When the minion or mandarin trudges through his daily commute, settles down with a green mint tea and looks at remote sensing sat imagery from the previous night and identifies bharat earth movers limited equipment and itinerant workers from vijayawada milling about, it would not exactly be rocket science where these tunnels are, now, would it?
