there's piano music going on in the background. major dissonance. will have to listen to it quietly to figure it out.

Yesudas's pronunciation of Telugu words is far superior to that of Madurai Mani Iyer (who used to eat words like he was eating vadai)
. However, his Telugu is in only slightly better than that of M R Radha!

Sarasa saama daana, saamaja varagamana, pakkala nilabadi, palukavademiraa raamaa....... Madurai Mani Iyer is the best!

Don't take it seriously (or listen to Madurai Mani Iyer and him with Semmangudi). We were just having fun.

madurai mani has his fans. i like him in small doses too. but if you want to listen to really serious music from the previous generation you should listen to semmangudi, k.v.narayanaswamy, musiri subramanya iyer, d.k.pattammal, d.k.jayaraman, r.k.srikantan, s.ramanathan, and nedunuri krishnamurthy.
