... to remember the recruiter/interviewers name by the end of the call.... phew, not doing so bad so far. But it's SO hard. Don't even get started on what happens if they call me 3-4 days later. My standard response is, "HIIIII", like we been drinking buddies. Anyone who wants to trick me can easily call me and tell me that we talked last week, and I would automatically go, 'oh ya ya ya we did, how are you?'.

How's the IT job scene right now? Are you interviewing with actual employers? Or are these just the middle men?
