had kept it in the top shelf of the fridge which is cooler. but other veggies are fine. This came out feeling like a block of ice. could not peel it, could not cut it, even with a butcher knife!

heated it in m/w two times. 2-3 minutes at 50% power. Now it doesn't feel like a block of ice. Just a warm block of rock. Solid heavy rock.

wtf happened to it. and what to do. heck will have to cook sth else now. and see if this one thaws at all. Mad was in such a mood for lauki today.
