he didnt need any as he was born without an expulsion orifice. he was dropped on earth by advanced alien civilization that were passing by in their saucer shaped space ship which was named promotheus. to this day, any toilets in nizam's abodes are for show only. they never had a royal deuce dropped in them and never will.

I'm working on an internet URL link to provide conclusive proof of this, just wait.

I have reached out to a few guys with promising Muslim names, with reassuring words like Siddiqui and Ashraf in their names, indicating direct descent from the prophet and his closest companions via reliable Mughal branches. I am sure one of them can help you out with that internet proof. Will keep you posted.
