While there may be some validity to his argument, it is increasingly becoming the "management iShtyle" in today's world. The top takes the credit and the rewards, while the blame is dumped on those who really do the work.

Come to think of it... this has been the same throughout the history. Whether it is taj Mahal, Pyramids, Tanjore big temple, the ones at the top get the credit. They may not have lifted even a small piece of stone. Today's CEOs, ruling elite and admin elite are the kings.

the take down of petraeus is probably by a guy with an axe to grind, i agree. sounds too easy and too well-timed.

the wapo article on the perks of 4 star generals is shocking.
