Poor man. Society will keeps punishing him for behavior that is clearly out of his control until the medical profession recognizes Restless Hands Syndrome as a genuine ailment affecting a significant sections of people of the x-y genetic persuasion.

Its the US's fault. Why grant him a work visa when he has been a convicted criminal since 1999? I mean don't these things clearly show up in background checks while granting a fresh Visa? How remiss of the US authorities to allow this psycho on their soil
