Ironically, the ODI format is where he can still do well. Opening the innings he has full license to play aggressively, which is his natural style.
But since he cannot play in the next world cup he is kind of forced to quit ODIs.

Sachin's retirement could have been handled by him in a better way. He could have planned it in such a way to allow fans to say goodbye.
I hope he announces test retirement before Australia tour. He can play one test to allow some fan farewell.

What a joke! why didn't he announce right after the WC win, if he felt blessed to have fulfilled his dream. All he did was buy more time.
