Btw, regarding the unfortunate attach on this young women happened on a Delhi bus, the Parliament (read Govt.) at that time was busy passing a caste based promotions bill in Govt. jobs for ”dalits”. It seems people, politicians and Govt. have no other concern except continuously striving for more and more caste and religion based quotas to vote banks in education, jobs and promotions.

No wonder, with everything allotted in colleges and jobs etc. (including medical colleges and hospitals) according to caste and religion, the politicians (at least the top ones) go abroad for medical checkups and treatment. Even this woman (attacked / raped in the bus) had to be sent to Singapore for medical treatment, implying that India’s own (quota based) medical facilities and doctors are not good enough to take care of medical emergencies. That is really an insult to a country of more than a billion people which is trying to be recognized as a leading power in the world. Btw the same is true about the prevalence of cases of dengue fever in India. What are the Indian doctors / researchers doing about this, like finding a vaccine against dengue?
