And MD and MAX are upset that the rapists are being beaten in prison. They are pained that the laws are not strictly followed...

Yeah rite.... first fix the laws and law enforcement. Then ppl have no right to take laws in their own hands.

Delhi is what it is, the rape capital of India... but why would I worry about Delhi when "Child rapes in Tamil Nadu double in 5 years".
