when it's so close to the capital, Delhi? UP, MP, Himachal which are also close to Delhi fare better when compared to Haryana in crimes against women, and those staes' education rates may not be that far ahead of Haryana.

Male dominated khap mentality is reason for its state.

Male/Female ratio is horrible and the state is fast skidding towards social disaster.

Fewer women, brides bought from Assam, Kerela, West Bengal and wife shared with other males in family. Complete social breakdown in Haryana (and Rajasthan).

those haryana & UP guys - they're just rape kinda guys. like some are bharathanattiyam and carnatic music kinda guys. it's haryana, punjab and UP's contribution to the living breathing art form.

Perhaps they eat a lot of chowmein in Haryana
