Unkil, how can this be? Delhiites awoke from their slumber almost a month back. With the unleashing of their awesome people power and TBT's non-wishywashy policy prescriptions to cut rape in half, we got accountability, tough new laws for deterrence (and coming soon, public castration of rapists in a public square near you). So rape is word that is being wiped out of the dictionary.

Ergo, this news is spurious. It is undoubtedly a conspiracy by the crooked, wishywashy, bleeding-heart media sitting in their chalta hai heavens to belittle and subvert the awesome results brought about by harnessing the essence of democracy.
