The brothers, together with James Blaine were all nominated, and Blaine won the nomination, and lost to Grover Cleveland in the general election.

1884. Gen. Sherman of the Civil War (who burned Atlanta) and his brother Sen. John Sherman of Ohio were both nominated for President along with James Blaine. The brothers lost and Blaine got nominated, and he ended up losing to Grover Cleveland in the general election.
2. Which American president has the greatest number of cities and towns in the U.S named after him?
Madison with 27. Washington is second with 26.
3. What movie has the beautiful song – “A gentle breeze from Hushabye mountain
