This is a good post, Rashmun. I listened to the video and its quite informative albeit scary as to how the system works wrt crimes against women. I like the moderator, an intelligent lady.

The most shocking part was about the father who had molested, over a period of time, his own 4 year old daughter.

And it was disturbing to hear from the woman whose eye had been gouged out while she was raped.
