How do you deal with rude people/behavior

i read this article/whining by some guy who was asked to get off a plane.

but thats too extreme. he wrote an article about it and got people talking etc. what if its not too drastic but a FA is rude to you. Like this one time i was flying from SFO to NYC and my seat wasn't reclining as much as other peoples. So i told this, otherwise bz, FA about it and she was very rude to me. she said honey you press that button and push back...or sth to that effect. I already know that! I said i already did that and its still not reclining completely. she very rudely told me then there was nothing that she could do and left. DH offered me his seat but i didnt want a reclining chair anymore.

usually when sm1 is rude to me, i cannot react right away. all the smart responses come to me later. and i keep regretting i didnt think of it on time to give back the rude person a piece of my mind.

I respond to them in similar fashion, it comes very naturally to me.Most of the time they get teary eyed Smile

.I have problems only handling sweet/over-sensitive/emotional people.

i know the emotional over sensitive types. i find it very hard to deal with them too. they give u too much importance too fast and then take everything u say to heart. and not to mention get hurt easily. so tiring to deal with them.

there was one such girl in my hostel. and i think she had a lesbian crush on me...i told our wing teacher when she started behaving like she was an extension of my body..ok maybe not that but my shadow or sth

Update: we didnt talk the rest of the year which was like 1 month or less. it was our final year so we never met after final exams.
but she sent me a card every year on my bday (the first one was handmade) so i forgive her and made up. we now cordially chat smtimes online.
