Trofimov should have told TBT that first it is completely unethical on Asaram's part to spend several tankers of water on holi celebrations in Maharashtra when there is an acute drought in the state. Secondly, the state govt. has in fact declared Asaram's wastage of water in his holi celebrations as illegal.
