The meaning of is, is Empty The meaning of is, is

Of late I have been hearing this more often in business settings: "what this is is blah blah blah" or "the idea is is..." I hear this only from native speakers of American English. Like the word like which has acquired new meaning as a filler through overuse, it sounds like the word is has become a similar filler.

Hey, I also found JM a new, more engaging way to make his point, so I should get a full point. This guy has more videos on JM's favorite pastime. I like the part where he says "it's not a big problem, because we have other problems" the best.

that was a smart way of making a political statement.
Another observation: it is creepy how this guy monitors the posts to smell dirty grammer. Best lurker ever.
