There is news that police filed a CRIiminal case against Karunanidhi for somethi ng he said. It does not matter. He did not incite violence. He said somethig. For this discussinon it does not matter whose sewntiments he hurt (Hindians, Hindus, Biharis, Tamils, Sinhalese whatever. It does not matter_) As long as he did not incite violence why is it a criminal case?

If hurting sentiments is a crime, many of you should be locked up for life for hurting my sentiments.

President of India should be in jail for saying people must study Hindi. My sentiments are hurt.

Prime Minister shlouyld be locked up for saying som nonsense about India is one country. My sentiments are hurt.
