Two students from Bihar doing engineering in a private college here were arrested on Saturday on the charge of duping elderly people of thousands of rupees by replacing their ATM cards with fake ones under the guise of helping them, police said.

Two other students, also hailing from Bihar, had left for their home only on Friday and a special police team had been sent there to arrest them, city Police Commissioner K C Mahali told reporters in Salem.
