While we are talking about the mundane happenings in India, again a soldier has been killed at the border with Pakistan.

It seems like Pakistani Army uses these routes to push through infiltrators and intimidate Indian army by targetted killings. Their Nuclear Blackmail is cited as a reason for India to not respond.

On the one hand their incoming PM talks about good relations and the targetted killings and infiltration at the order go on and proxy war continues.

We have to really feel for the poor army jawan who lost his life.
The question is what can India do ? What would Chanakya have done if he had been alive today ?

Clearly this habit of India routinely accepting such targetted killings have to stop to change the discourse with Pakistan.

a) Give wide publicity to such targeted killings
b) Whip up media hysteria among the Public squarely blaming Pakistan for the same, with Army stating that they will respond in kind.
c) Enact a law that ties future improvement in ties /economic freeze in ties, to absence of such killings at the border and stoppage of proxy war by Pakistan.
d) Punitive actions.
e) Target China for encouraging Pakistan with proxy war. If we repeat something so many times, every news paper will take that argument as fait-accompli, without question.
f) Ban overflight rights for Paki aircraft over Indian airspace
g) suspend simplification of Visa procedures.
h) Aggressively plant stories in Pakistani media against highlighting the Human cost for Pakistani Policies.
i) Highlight Lack of Liberty & local empowerment in Balochistan and continuous occupation of PoK .
