yes bytches. that's what's going down this year. I just finished peeling, pulping and freezing some 25 mangoes. Will do 25 more during the season. Come winter, when the rest of you minions are going to be pining for mango juice, I shall take pictures of it and post them here for you to writhe in jealous misery.

I know at least ONE aunty who will read this, then immediately jump into her shiny new classy sophisticated car and make a mad dash to the indian store to get a couple crates of mango and copycat this wicked game plan.

Wow. I'm deeply impressed. I was (actually, still am) thinking of making mango wine but it is this initial effort that makes me put it off ewwerRy weekend...
