The Docile South Indian

It has been suggested on this forum that north indians are more crass, crude, boorish, etc. than south indians. generally speaking there is actually some truth in this statement but it is not the whole truth. First, it should be recognized that the average south indian is in fact more cultured, sophisticated, etc. than the average north indian. second, bengalis and oriyas conform more to the south indian stereotype. culturally speaking, they are more south indian than north indian.

The other aspect that i wish to highlight in this post is that along with the culture and sophistication, south indians and eastern indians (bengalis and oriyas) are more gentle, more docile than the average south indian. as evidence for this i give the example of the 1857 war of independence in which south indians and eastern indians played no role (or at best a very minimal role). The culture and sophistication seem to have brought along with it this characteristic of docility.

If nothing else, gotta give Rashmun credit for two things:

1 - managing to rile up Max, every single time.
2 - managing to turn FF into a docile little puppy.
