Pooh, all collateral damage. How can you obsess about these trivialties when we are talking about a historic event - the advent of democracy in Egypt?? When great revolutions take place, there are bound to some civilian casualties. The great Egyptian people have just overthrown an authoritarian regime and are rejoicing in their independence. The bliss they felt to be alive that dawn is merely translating into some playfulness on the streets.

In any event, the freedom to burn churches and kill minorities, which you chaddis have enjoyed unbridled for decades, is being experienced by these poor biryani-makers and tailors for the very first time. So let them be. Let's instead light some more candles and sing some hosannas to the essence of democracy making its advent in those cursed lands.
