Irrelevant

TMA has an ipad. The kids use it more than she does. I don't use it at all. Right now the kids are at home with me and she's in the office. One kid wanted to download a free game but the ipad is password protected so I thought of asking TMA. Here's the text exchange:

Me: whats yr ipad pwd?

TMA: hmm...who is asking? kids for some game?

TMA: or u need it for something?

TMA: don't give it to kids....

I didn't respond at all. All her replies are irrelevant. The correct response would have been "Here you go...xyz1234"

Did I just get stuck with a bad piece or are men all over the planet worn down by irrelevant replies from their broads?

Did she give you a reason? Like she doesn't want the kids hooked on games and not study.

kids routinely thrust the ipad in her hands and she types in the password for game downloads. kids are off from school so they're getting away with more-than-usual ipad/wii access these days. the older kid is sick so he's not doing any studying anyway.

I can understand why she might not want to share the password with the kids but how come you can't have it? Is she afraid you'd give them the password? Don't understand the reluctance when the kid is sick and wants to play a game quietly.

The password is not meant to be given to the kids. There's no point of putting a password on the ipad if the kids know it. I don't have to be told that.

Just reverse the roles:

If you had asked the same questions on your password, you would have been suspected of the usual "male" excursions... But, if it is asked by a woman there are all these "may be this or may be that" excuses...

I agree with Bittu and his (suspected) motive behind his questions....
