Rishi,
those buildings seem to have luxury apartments. By definition luxury is beyond need.no. one in any city need them.
You are probably appalled by the lavish facilities right next to grinding poverty of India. I hope people can spare a thought for the little guy.

if ppl can afford them and want them, then why not? it doesn't matter if it's in mumbai or ny or ethiopia. there are poor ppl everywhere. why should the rich feel guilty abt spending their money and living the way they want to coz of that? there are many homeless ppl in US. so shld we all be feeling guilty abt owning homes?
