Please tell me how is this different from Khap Panchayat of Haryana who asks rapist to marry the victim and thinks that all sins are atoned with this action.

Ms. Soma Chaudhry has acted as judge, juror, and investigator for her
boss. Mr. Tarun Tejpal is even a step ahead, he is the accused, the
investigator, the juror, and the judge. He is so much above law that he
can determine his own punishment. This "holier than thou" attitude is abhorable. We punished ourselves and thus we are honorable people. Everybody else we will keep hounding till their graveyard.
