A very well written article by Dr. Swamy. The comments at the bottom are also very illuminating. I like this particular comment (I will also add - get rid of IAS altogether) 
 
 Very well written! There are two additional steps needed. MPs and MLAs should spend one year full time at training schools learning economics, current affairs, communication, planning, public conduct, law, good governance, and state of the art in technologies, and professions. Ministers should spend six months at administration, business, and management schools.

Boasting that India enjoys having the youngest population in the world is one thing. Educating this reservoir of youth and getting them jobs is a whole another matter. As he says, India currently has a 15% unemployment rate. The school drop out rate is high. The government needs to address this urgently if anything magical is to happen in 2020.
