obama care - is it working?

I have no facts to prove it is working. But here are few things I read in papers.
29 k people registered in two days which is more than October total.
Obama adm.claims it is working well.
But I got more information from the news I could not find.
Since Monday I did not find any of the top Gop leaders mention obamacare and disaster together. Did not hear the commentators such as rush or writers such as paula Ingram etc help us understand the failure of govt using website as an example.
So it appears that the website is working. Obamacare may start on Jan 1.
Once it starts and keeps adding people Gop will find it tough to repeal it.

How many of those people signing up are the young healthy base that is needed to keep the premiums low?
MOST MILLENNIALS BELIEVE ACA/OBAMACARE WILL BRING HIGHER COSTS, WORSE CARE Among the 18- 29- year olds currently without health insurance, less than 1/3 say they're likely to enroll in the exchange (13% say they will definitely enroll, 16% say they will probably enroll); 41% say they are 50-50 at the moment.

Who cares about cost in short term?
My thinking is that obama will even mute the individual mandate at the last minute to silence remaking opposition.
Next year with website established and healcare law in full force, he will go whole hog to implement the law. Gop will shout but law will be fully in place for. 2015.
Will health care cost go down?
Based on past govt actions, no.
however, whether any one likes it or not empty budget will force govt, state and some private initiatives. After several mishaps we may find a solution. It is necessity driven and policy driven.
