So effectively India is saying we can file fraudulent document with diplomatic immunity to evade arrest?

US saying it followed the rules by the book.

It is a win/win for both? But actually shame shame for India for all the noise they made.

He is in the loop of the whole plot. He waited until the husband and kids left India and then, went after Deavayani. What Devayani did was done by almost all diplomats of developing/backward countries. Khalistani sympathizer is just a guess ("typical desi oversimplication........").

I still think that the Sardarji isn't clean. I'll wait and see how the whole thing opens up.

Just as I thought - The sardarji is denying that Devayani was hand-cuffed or mistreated! This, after the cops confirmed that she was strip-searched and more. So, the Sardarji should be investigated for what else he does. I bet he is involved in immigration fraud.
