Website problems were under control. About 2 million registered. California - high demand.
numbers below original projections. More exemptions for individual mandates. Causes insurance company hurt burn.
did obamacare overcame republican resistence?
it is difficult to roll back health care benefits once implemented.
But one option they plan to use is to demand roll back individual mandate for more people as a compromise for debt ceiling relaxation. Then they can weaken the financial underpinnings of the act and use the weakness to kill obamacare.
what are you observing out there?

So long as enrollment is steady and does not drop off, chances of survival are better.
