In 2009, near the end of war in Lanka, US ambasador showed Sri Lankan president lime lapsed satellite images of how civuilian camps disappear from image to image. The president laughed and told the ambasaador India has these images troo.

India knew it and kept silent. Even to this day India has never said SRi Lankan troops killed Tamil civilians.
