This is what they should've done long time ago (spreading development around the state) instead putting all the eggs in the Hyderabad basket for 50 years. For Nellore and Chittoor. Madras is right next door, so they can piggyback on the infrastructure in place. And Vizag in the North is already nicely situated for infrastructure development and to attract industry. If the capital for the carved out SA is somewhere in the Amaravati/Ongole area, that will stimulate development in the middle of the state.

this looks like it may be real. However election year and closeness to kiran 's native place should raise red flags.
auto industry is a good job creator. away from hyd is good.

vw in vizag was screwed up by the greed of botsa.

from what i remember as the deal matured , botsa made fresh demands for graft. vw felt that they could not accommodate such new demands. It was said that attitude played as much role as money in vw pull back.
auto industry is a good industry for jobs.
