i want to propose a toast to TW

..'cos i like her and 'cos it is 'cos of her (and charvaka and a few others) that i joined this forum. bittusingh's experience has taught me that it is best to compliment a poster when he/she is around. so let me compliment TW while she is still here. blue flowers with yellow petals for everyone on the house tonight. it is a "free" forum -- you can come and leave anytime you like.

He 'lives' somewhere in PA across NJ. This is based on info he provided... and back when...

would I need to cross delaware river to get there scratch

i think he felt the need to step away. yes, he has done that before. he took a year long break in 2006 or so.

I want to propose another toast to TW...

We've always had lots of arm-chair critics on CH esp. wrt anything creative; it takes gumption to write & share a story - personal of sorts (of imaginary characters Very Happy

). Thank you for your series 1 and 2. Enjoyed reading it...and looking for more from you in the future... Smile

I believe we have a lot of lurkers here, Trace...it's always been the case on CH. Check out the # of views - almost ~2500 & 178 comments so, that'd be at least 20 unique visitors, you think?!

BTW Yeah, I counted and am smart like that :-)

So, as we say in my line of work - that number of 4 is grossly under-reported. Smile

just coz people comment doesn't mean they are reading the stories. sometimes people just read the comment and then comment on them.

well the smallest number of 'reads' on any story is 28. Out of that 5 must be my own. Out of the remaining 23, if you take on an average 3 refreshes by each, there are about 7-8 unique visitors. Out of that, half may have looked through it quickly, and the other half may have read it full. Hence the number 4 of people who read the ENTIRE series.
