No significant rain since mid july and 90s and 100s temp. Summer at its blazing glory. Can't do any yard work in this weather.

How is it in your neighbourhood?

Super hot. I think it was 99-100 when I left work at 6:30. At 4:00 I had come out to meet my bff. We quickly bought smoothies and then ran inside to sit and chat in the cafeteria.

Beaches are so full you cannot find parking place near them.

ACs are running full. One can only hope Grid does n't trip.

But let us not forget to enjoy the sun before it disappears in few more weeks.

Correction, the highest was 103, still a record breaker. Today will be a bit cooler.

A guy in NY, fried an egg on the pavement and ate it. He also baked a pizza and macaroni. That's how hot it was. sunny
