to prohibit candidates from contesting for two seats simultaneously from two locations? Modi, Jagan, CBN, KCR, Mulayam, list goes on and on, all most likely will be contesting from two locations in upcoming elections. It's getting worse, the likes of Jagan & CBN want to run for both Assembly & Lok Sabha. I guess they want to keep their options open.

It will save the cost of re-election. If a candidate wins in 2 places he has to resign in one and elections must be held there again right?
