Hahaha...why not...The govt. might also let them try him under Shariat laws.

How about trying Syed Ahmed Bhukhari and Geelani who make inflammatory statements day in and day out openly supporting Pakistan and muslims. Inflammatory speech should include any speech inciting break up of the country which also can lead to riots and killings. How about trying Brinda karat and Roy?

This is what is called "freedom of Speech"
