...So if you look at the Social Progress Index, on the whole, what's striking is the top countries are New Zealand, Switzerland, Iceland, these small countries. But basically then a lot of European countries and Canada beat the United States.

Funny...the Obamacare enrollees have no clue that they need to co-pay and cover the deductibles. They assume, with "the card" they can walk into any clinic/hospital and will be treated royally with not a penny from them. When they learn about them, they do'n't want to use the card so as to save money. Of course, they are now frced to use the card and co-pay.

The real problem lies with the free license hospitals have to charge whatever they want. Unless they are required to provide a rate chart showing ball park figures for various treatments, they will continue to over bill and drive up the cost of health care year after year.
