So far, the voting trends all across India show that there is an increase in voter turnout.

CONmen have been trying very hard, using every trick in the book, since 2001 to somehow derail the Modi wagon but have been unsuccessful.

It seems, there is one thing they didn't try.

Usually, if there is an increase in voter turnout, it is indicative of anti-incumbency. So, the best way for CONmen to get elected is by ensuring that most people don't show up to vote.

So, instead of Pappu giving his boring lectures that will only increase voter turnout (to vote for others), they could have sent Abhishek Manu Singhvi and ND Tiwari to tell the youngsters on how to do "jhalsa" on voting day. CONs could facilitate the "jhalsa" by unloading some of the black money for the expenditure.  

The other thing that CONs could have done was to promise the "secular" vote banks that they will all be given goodies on the day after they vote (hoping that they all close their nose and vote for Pappu and his sycophants).
