Are CONmen trying to scare voters in residual Andhra Pradesh when Modi is in town?  Apparently the train is late by 75 minutes. If it were on time, the blasts would have taken place in a town where Modi was addressing a gathering.

Incidentally, in all AP towns where Modi went, there were mammoth gatherings. CONs might as well commit hara kiri before May 16th.

Jaya is asking the central govt's NIA not to do the investigation (because she thinks corrupt CONmen and their cronies have a hand in the blast). Instead, she is asking the TN state unit to handle it. May be she is helping her friend Modi.
