Modi ji knows the opposition does not have THIS kind of money. So he is trying to unearth the Black money...how ? He is trying to force Nitish, Lalu, Maa-Bheta to form a "Pool the Loot" fund and promise it to the Biharis.
The Loot Fund will easily overtake 1.25 lakh crore.
