Rashmun's predictions Empty Rashmun's predictions

As you probably noticed , Rashmun is not posting much in the last 2 days because of some connectivity issues. So , he asked me to post his predictions on his behalf.
These are his predictions about which party gets the majority of parliamentary seats in each state.

UP : Congress
Bihar: Congress + Lalu
WB: Congress and TMC split
Rajasthan: Congress
Punjab: Congress
Gujarat: BJP
MP: Congress
AP: Congress
Telangana:Congress
Odisha: Congress in second place.
Karnataka: Congress
Maharashtra; Congress + Ally
Chattisgarh+Jharkhand and other chota mota states ; Congress

Total seats for Congress : 350 +
Total seats for Congress Allies: 80+

He is not posting because he is following EC's moral code. He is being a BIMARU gentleman. He doesn't want to become a "neech" like BC Modi.

A small correction to the prediction:

Telangana:  MIM + Congress.
