I must admit this 'gandhians with guns' phrase brings to the fore Ms. Roy's flair for the turn of the alliterative phrase. Perhaps we have misunderstood her. Maybe, it's not so much that she wants us to hear what she is saying as it is a need to be appreciated for how she says it.
